Materials

What is your jewellery made of?
Stainless steel with 18k gold plating. A small number of pieces are 14k gold-plated or silver-plated — the material is stated on every product page.

Will it turn my skin green?
No. Our pieces are hypoallergenic stainless steel, which is why they suit skin that reacts to most costume jewellery.

What are the stones?
Cubic zirconia (zircon). We do not sell diamonds, and we do not describe zircon as diamond anywhere on this site. Where a piece uses pearl, the product page states whether it is imitation pearl, freshwater pearl, or mother of pearl (shell). Colour names such as emerald, obsidian or jade describe the colour of the stone, not the material.

Wear and care

Can I wear it in water?
Yes. Our jewellery is water resistant — shower, sea and pool are all fine. It is made so you never have to take it off.

Will it tarnish?
No. Our pieces are tarnish free.

How should I look after it?
Rinse with fresh water after swimming in the sea or a chlorinated pool, dry it, and store it somewhere dry. Perfume and hairspray are best applied before putting jewellery on.

Sizing

What size are your rings?
Many of our rings are adjustable and will fit across a range of fingers. Where a ring comes in fixed sizes, the available sizes are shown on the product page.

Delivery

Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not at the moment — we deliver within Pakistan only.

How much is delivery?
Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan. Free on all orders of Rs 5,000 and above, applied automatically at checkout.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available — you pay when your order arrives.

How do I track my order?
You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Returns and cancellations

Can I return something?
Faulty or damaged items can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receiving your order. Message us on WhatsApp, email us, or send a direct message on Instagram with your order number and a photo.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that the order is already in preparation.
