These terms apply to all orders placed with Banana & Kale.

Orders

If any item in your order is not in stock, it will be removed from the order and the remaining items will be dispatched.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing bananaandkale@gmail.com or sending a direct message on Instagram. Cancellation requests after that window cannot be accepted.

Returns

Faulty or damaged items can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receiving your order. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund.

Product descriptions

Our jewellery is made from stainless steel with 18k or 14k gold plating, as stated on each product page. Stones are cubic zirconia (zircon), imitation pearl, or shell, and the material is stated on each product. We describe every piece as accurately as we can, but photography and screen settings mean colour may vary slightly from the item you receive.
